Lemon Tarragon Chicken with Cauliflower & Artichokes
INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless skinless breast halves
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 tsp tarragon
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 pkg frozen cauliflower
- 1 pkg frozen artichokes
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 c heavy cream
PREPARATION
- Place chicken in slow cooker and add lemon juice and chicken broth, tarragon, salt and pepper.
- Add cauliflower and artichokes.
- In a small bowl, combine flour and cream and pour over vegetables and chicken.
- Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours.
