---++ Loaded Baked Potato Casserole ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 1 30-oz package frozen potato wedges * 8 slices bacon, diced, cooked, drained * 2 bunches scallions, chopped (whites and greens separated) * 1 jar cheese dip * sour cream ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Heat oven to 400 1. Spray 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray. 1. Arrange potato wedges in prepared pan. 1. Bake 10-15 minutes until thawed and beginning to brown. 1. Top with half the bacon, white parts of scallions, and half of green parts of scallions. 1. Pour cheese dip on top; sprinkle with remaining bacon. 1. Bake 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are tender. 1. Top with sour cream and remaining green parts of scallions.
