---++ Loaded Baked Potato Shepherd's Pie
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 lb ground beef
   * 1/4 c chopped onion
   * 1/4 c bread crumbs
   * 1/2 tsp dried sage
   * 1/2 tsp salt
   * 1 egg
   * 1 1.5 lb refrigerator garlic mashed potatoes
   * 1 c shredded cheddar
   * 2 slices bacon, chopped
   * 2 scallions, chopped
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Preheat oven to 350
   2. In large bowl, mix beef, onion, breadcrumbs, sage, salt and egg till well blended.
   3. Press in bottom of 8x8 (2-quart) baking dish.
   4. Spread mashed potatoes on top
   5. Sprinkle with cheese
   6. Bake uncovered for about 50 minutes.
   7. Sprinkle with bacon and scallions
   8. Enjoy
