---++ Mahogany Chicken Thighs ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 1/3 c pineapple juice * 1/4 c soy sauce * 3 Tbsp potato starch * 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar * 2 Tbsp cider vinegar * 2 Tbsp tomato paste * 1 Tbsp honey * 1 Tbsp jar garlic * 1 tsp ground ginger * 1/4 tsp cayenne * 1 onion, sliced into wedges * 2 carrots, peeled and sliced * 8 chicken thighs * 3 scallions, sliced (garnish) ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Combine juice, soy sauce, potato starch, vinegars, tomato paste, honey, ginger, garlic and cayenne, set aside 1. Place onion in slow cooker; add chicken, then carrots. 1. Pour sauce evenly on top. 1.
