---++ Make-Ahead Mexican Ground Beef
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 3 lbs ground chuck
   * 2 envelopes taco seasoning
---+++ PREPARATION
   1 Cook ground chuck in Dutch oven over medium high until brown.
   1 Drain.
   1 Add taco seasoning.
   1 Cook 5-7 minutes.
   1 LIne big 15" x 10" baking sheet with foil
   1 Spoon beef mixture into pan, breaking up chunks.
   1 Freeze for one hour, stirring once.
   1 Bag in three, 1 quart ziplocs.
