Maple Almond Fudge
INGREDIENTS
- 2 c almond butter (smooth)
- 1/2 c coconut oil
- 1/4 c maple syrup
PREPARATION
- Place liners in 12 muffin tin cups
- In microwave or over low heat, melt almond butter and coconut oil.
- Stir in syrup until incorporated.
- DIvide among muffin cups.
- Refrigerate or freeze until firm
