---++ Maple Sausage Pie
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1.5 lbs oz bulk pork sausage or maple sausage
   * 1 bunch scallions, sliced, whites and greens separated
   * 2 c baking mix
   * 2 c milk
   * 6 eggs
   * 1 tsp salt
   * 2 c shredded mozzarella
   * 2 Tbsp maple syrup
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 400
   1. Spray 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray
   1. In mondo skillet, cook sausage and scallion whites until sausage is no longer pink.
   1. Drain; spread in pan.
   1. In medium bowl, stir baking mix, milk, eggs and salt until blended. 
   1. Stir in cheese.
   1. Pour into pie plate.
   1. Bake 30-35 minutes, until knife in center comes out clean.. 
   1. Let stand 5 minutes.  Top with scallion greens and drizzle with maple syrup.
