---++ Margarita Chicken

*Ingredients*
| 3 lbs | boneless, skinless chicken |
| 1/2 c | dijon mustard |
| 1/2 c | honey |
| 2 Tbsp | soy sauce |
|  | garlic |
| 6 Tbsp | margarita mix |

Put chicken in crock.  Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and pour over chicken.   Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
