---++ Meaty Mushroom Chili
---+++ Ingredients
   * 1 lb Italian sausage
   * 1 lb ground beef
   * 1 c choppend onion
   * 1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
   * 1 46oz can V8
   * 1 6oz can tomato paste
   * 1 tsp sugar
   * 1 tsp salt
   * 1 tsp garlic powder
   * 1 tsp dried oregano
   * 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
   * 1/2 tsp dried basil
   * 1/2 tsp black pepper
   * sour cream

---+++ Preparation

Cook sausage beef and onion until meat is brown.  Drain fat.  

Add everything except sour cream ... bring to a boil and simmer for an hour.  Garnish with sour cream

Very tasty.
