Mexican Meatball Stew
INGREDIENTS
- 2 14-oz cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes
- 2 12-oz packages frozen Italian meatballs,
- 1 15-oz can seasoned black beans
- 1 can chicken broth with roasted garlic
- 1 10-oz package frozen corn kernels, thawed.
PREPARATION
- In medium crock, combine all ingredients.
- Cook on LOW 6-7 hours.
