---++ Mini Pies
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1/2 c bisquick
   * 1/2 c milk
   * 2 eggs
   * filling (about 3 cups)
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 375 and spray muffin pan. 
   1. Mix first three ingredients.
   1. Put 1 Tbsp in each muffin cup
   1. Add 1/4 c filling to each muffin cup
   1. Top with 1 Tbsp of batter.
   1. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle muffin is clean.
