---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 (4 pound) beef chuck roast
   * 1/4 cup butter
   * 5 pepperoncini peppers
   * 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
   * 1 (1 counce) packet dry au jus mix (brown gravy mix works, too)
---+++ PREPARATION
   1 Place roast in slow cooker
   1 Add butter, peppers, and mixes
   1 Cook on low for 8 hours
   1 Served with mashed potatoes and gravy made from pan drippings
