---++ Mock Cream of Wheat
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1/3 cup of ricotta
   * 1 egg
   * 3 T cream
   * 2 T Flavorful Liquid sweetener (Torani, or an infused honey, or even chocolate syrup)
---+++ PREPARATION
   1 Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and heat over low flame until it thickens a bit (only takes about 2 minutes)
   1 Top with granulated sugar or sweetener if desired
