---++ Mock Cream of Wheat
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1/3 cup of ricotta
   * 1 egg
   * 3 T cream
   * 2 T Flavored Liquid sweetener- I like caramel/maple flavored (simulates brown sugar!)
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and heat over low flame until it thickens a bit (only takes about 2 minutes) 
   1. Top with granulated sweetener if desired
