Mock Cream of Wheat

INGREDIENTS

• 1/3 cup of ricotta
• 1 egg
• 3 T cream
• 2 T Flavored Liquid sweetener- I like caramel/maple flavored (simulates brown sugar!)

PREPARATION

1. Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and heat over low flame until it thickens a bit (only takes about 2 minutes)
2. Top with granulated sweetener if desired
