---++ Moo Shu Chicken ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 1/2 c hoisin sauce * 2 Tbsp water * 4 tsp toasted sesame oil * 1 Tbsp cornstarch * 1 Tbsp soy sauce * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 1 bag coleslaw mix * 1 c carrot shreds * 4 boneless skinless thighs * 8" flour tortillas * scallions ---+++ PREPARATION 1. In a small bowl, combine hoisin, water, sesame oil, cornstarch, soy sauce, and garlic; set aside. 1. In medium slow cooker, combine coleslaw mix and carrots. 1. Slice chicken into 1/8" slices, then cut slices in half lengthwise. 1. Place on top of cabbage mixture in crock. 1. Drizzle with 1/4 cup of the hoisin mixture. 1. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. 1. Stir in remaining hoisin mixture. 1. Heat tortillas as directed on package. 1. Spoon mixture onto tortillas; top with scallions if desired.
