---++ OMG Roast
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 3 - 5 lb roast
   * large onion
   * 3 potatoes
   * 3 carrots
   * 1 packet ranch mix
   * 1 packet onion soup mix
   * 1 bottle beer
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Spray inside of crock pot with cooking spray.
   1. Wipe roast with paper towel and place in crock pot.
   1. Chop vegetables and place around roast.
   1. Sprinkle packets of ranch and soup mix over roast and vegetables.
   1. Pour beer over all.
   1. Cover and cook on LOW 8 - 9 hours.
