---++ Orange-Sage Sweet Potatoes with Bacon ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 4 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick * 1/2 c frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed * 3 Tbsp packed brown sugar * 1.5 tsp salt * 1/5 tsp sage, crushed * 1/2 tsp thyme, crushed * 2 Tbsp butter, cut up * 4 slices bacon, diced, cooked, and drained ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Place sweet potatoes in medium slow cooker. 1. Combine juice concentrate, brown sugar, salt, sage, and thyme. 1. Pour over sweet potatoes; toss to coat. 1. Dot with butter. 1.
