   * pork ribs
   * A1 dry rub sweet mesquite, 1 Tbsp/lb
   * Hickory BBQ sauce, 1/2 c/lb
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. heat oven to 225
   1. Place ribs on foil-lined baking sheet(s)
   1. Rub with dry rub.
   1. Bake 4 hours, basting with BBQ sauce after two hours.
