Parmesan Pasta Toss
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb fettuccine
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- 1 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 c water
- 1/4 c zesty Italian dressing
- 1/4 c parmesan
PREPARATION
- Cook pasta
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium
- Add chicken. Cook 8 minutes or until done.
- Stir in tomato paste and garlic powder, cook and stir on medium-high 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, water, and dressing; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add sauce to drained pasta.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
