Pepperoni Pizza Lasagna
INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 small ricotta
- 6 Tbsp Parmesan
- 1.5 c shredded Mozzarella
- 1 3oz pkg pepperoni
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 c traditional pasta sauce
- 1/2 c water
- 8 oven-ready lasagna noodles
PREPARATION
- Heat oven to 375
- Spray 8" square baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix egg, ricotta and parmesan in medium bowl; stir in 1 c mozzeralla
- Reserve 9 pepperoni.and 2 Tbsp onions.
- Quarter remaining pepperoni, place in separate medium bowl.
- Add pasta sauce, water, and remaining onions; mix well.
- Spread 1/2 c sauce onto bottom of prepared pan..
- Top with 2 lasagna noodles broken to fit.
- Top with 1/3 of the ricotta mixture.
- Top with 1/2 c sauce.
- Repeat layers twice.
- Top with noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and reserved onions and pepperoni.
- Cover with sprayed foil
- Bake 35 minutes; uncover, and bake 15 minutes longer.
- Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
