---++ Pomegranate and Pear Salad
---+++ INGREDIENTS (2 jar salads)
---++++ Dressing
   * 5 Tbsp sherry vinegar
   * pinch of salt
   * freshly ground black pepper to taste
   * 6 Tbsp EVOO
---++++ Salad
   * 2 pears, cored and thinly sliced
   * 1 10 oz bag spinach, divided if making jar salads
   * 1 c pomegranate seeds
   * 1/2 c chopped pecans
   * 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
---+++ PREPARATION
---++++ Dressing
   1 Whisk together vinegar, salt, and pepper.
   1 Slowly add EVOO, whisking until it thickens.
---++++ Dinner Salad
   1 Toss pears, spinach, pomegranate, pecans, and blue cheese.
   1 Serve with dressing.
---++++ Jar Salads
   1 Place 1/2 pear slices in each of two mason jars.
   1 Layer 2 c spinach in each jar.
   1 Add 1/2 c pomegranate seeds.
   1 Layer 1/2 c spinach.
   1 Add 1/4 c pecans.
   1 Add 1/2 c spinach
   1 Add blue cheese.
   1 Put 3 Tbsp dressing in cup on top.
