---++ Pork Chops with Sauerkraut ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 10 slices bacon * 2 cans sauerkraut * 4 pork chops * salt and pepper * 4 russets, cut 1/4" thick * 2 medium onions, sliced * 1 14.75 oz can stewed tomatoes ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Heat oven to 375 1. Spray 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray. 1. Line the prepared pan with bacon. 1. Scatter the sauerkraut over the bacon. 1. Season chops with salt and pepper, then lay on top. 1. Layer potato and onion slices over pork. 1. Scatter tomatoes over the top. 1. Bake for 2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
