Pork Chops in Onion Gravy
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pork chops
- 2 c chopped onion
- 1 c beef broth
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/3 c milk
- 2 Tbsp flour
PREPARATION
- Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
- Heat on medium-high.
- Cook chops about 6 minutes until brown on both sides.
- Remove pork chops, keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium, add onions and cook 3 minutes.
- Stir in broth and pepper.
- Return pork to skillet, spoon onion mixture over chops.
- Simmer 12 minutes or until pork is cooked.
- Mix milk and flour and add to skillet, cook 2-3 minutes until thickened.
