---++ Pork Nested in Cabbage
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1/2 head red cabbage, chopped
   * 1 apple, chopped
   * 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
   * 2 lbs pork roast
   * 1/4 tsp pepper
   * 1/4 tsp ground cloves
   * 1/2 tsp cinnamon
   * 1/4 tsp ground ginger
   * 1/2 tsp salt
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Put cabbage, apple, and vinegar in slow cooker.
   1. Mix spice blend and sprinkle half over cabbage mixture.
   1. Stir.
   1. Sprinkle the rest over meat and nest meat in cabbage.
   1. Cover, cook on on high 4-6 hours or low 6-8 hours.
