Ingredients
| 2 sticks butter or margarine | 
| 2 onions, chopped | 
| about a pound of ham or turkey ham cubed | 
| aobut 1.5 cups flour, 3 heaping half-cups or one heaping cup | 
| 5 cans diced potatoes, drained | 
| 3 packets jamon | 
| 4 cups (1 lb) cheese, shredded | 
| 4 cups milk | 
| 4 cups water | 
Cook the ham and onions in the margarine until the onions are wilted.  Add the flour, it will sort of form a ball, stir it and break it up for about a minute.  
Add the water and the milk and the jamon, heat until hot and add the potatoes.  When it's boiling, add the cheese a handful at a time until it's as thick as you need it and orange enough.
