Potato Wedges
INGREDIENTS
- 4 baking potatoes, scrubbed
- 4 Tbsp EVOO
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp jar garlic (optional)
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary (optoinal)
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Cut potatoes into wedges, lengthwise
- Place all ingredients on a sheet pan, then toss them by hand, making sure all the potatoes are covered with oil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning after 20.
