Protein Bars
INGREDIENTS
- 4.5 c quick oats
- 1 1/3 c peanut butter
- 1 can coconut cream
- 5 scoops vanilla whey powder
PREPARATION
- Line 13" x 9" pan with parchment.
- Whisk coconut cream until smooth
- Add whey powder, whisk until smooth
- Add peanut butter, stir with spoon.
- Add oats--may need to mix with hands.
- Flatten into prepared pan.
- Chill in fridge overnight.
- Cut into bars.
