Protein Cookie Dough
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1/3 c peanut butter
- 1.5 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp agave syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 c mini chocolate chips
PREPARATION
- Blend chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla, agave, and cinnamon in blender.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
