Pulled Pork
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pork butt/shoulder
- 1 bottle liquid smoke
- Dry Rub
- 4 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
PREPARATION
- Mix dry rub ingredients together and rub all over butt.
- Place fat side up in roasting pan.
- Pour liquid smoke all over and on bottom of pan.
- Seal with three layers of foil.
- Bake at 250 for 10 hours.
- Take out bones and remove fat layer.
- Shred and mix with juices from the bottom of the pan.
- Serve over slaw.
