---++ Ramen Salad ---+++ Ingredients ---++++ Salad | 1 | oriental flavor ramen | | 1/2 c | slivered almonds | | 1/4 c | sesame seeds | | 1 lb | coleslaw mix | | 2 lg | carrots, grated | ---++++ Dressing | | flavor packet from the ramen | | 1/4 c | vegetable oil | | 2 Tbsp | seasoned rice vinegar | | 2 Tbsp | soy sauce | | 1 Tbsp | sugar | | 2 tsp | sesame oil | ---+++ Preparation Preheat oven to 300. Break up the ramen into shreds. and put them in an 8" square pan with the almonds. Mix them up and bake them at 300 for 10 minutes or until they're browned. Toss together cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Toss the noodles and vegetable mixtures with the dressing in the large bowl.
