Raspberry Currant Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 8 pieces chicken
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/8 c water
- 1/8 c raspberry vinegar
- 1/2 c currant jelly
PREPARATION
- Heat oven to 375
- Spray 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray.
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
- Whisk remaining ingredients together in large bowl..
- Add chicken pieces to bowl, turning to coat.
- Place in prepared pan, skin side down.
- Bake 30 minutes
- Turn pieces and bake 30-40 minutes until done.
