Raspberry Fudge
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 c butter
- evaporated milk
- 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
- 1/3 c seedless raspberry jam
- 2 3/4 c sugar
- 1 12-oz pkg semi-sweet chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 10 drops raspberry flavoring
PREPARATION
- Lightly grease 9" square pan
- Mix butter, sugar and milk in heavy saucepan.
- Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly
- Stir in chips until melted; remove from heat.
- Add remaining ingredients
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Cut into squares.
