---++ Reuben Salad
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 3 bags salad greens
   * 1.5 c croutons
   * 3/4 lb sliced deli corned beef
   * 1 1/4 c cubed swiss 
   * 3/8 c sauerkraut, well-drained
   * 3/8 c thousand island dressing
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Combine everything but dressing in large bowl
   1. Toss with dressing.
