---++ Reuben Salad
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 bags salad greens
   * 1 c croutons
   * 1/2 lb sliced deli corned beef
   * 3/4 c cubed swiss 
   * 1/4 c sauerkraut, well-drained
   * 1/4 c thousand island dressing
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Combine everything but dressing in large bowl
   1. Toss with dressing.
