Reuben Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bags salad greens
- 1 c croutons
- 1/2 lb sliced deli corned beef
- 3/4 c cubed swiss
- 1/4 c sauerkraut, well-drained
- 1/4 c thousand island dressing
PREPARATION
- Combine everything but dressing in large bowl
- Toss with dressing.
