Reuben Salad

INGREDIENTS

• 2 bags salad greens
• 1 c croutons
• 1/2 lb sliced deli corned beef
• 3/4 c cubed swiss
• 1/4 c sauerkraut, well-drained
• 1/4 c thousand island dressing

PREPARATION

1. Combine everything but dressing in large bowl
2. Toss with dressing.
