Reuben Stuffing Casserole

INGREDIENTS

• 2 c torn deli sliced corned beef
• 15 oz can sauerkraut drained
• 8 slices Swiss cheese
• 1/4 c Thousand Island dressing
• 1 tsp caraway seeds
• 1 box stuffing mix

PREPARATION

1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
2. Layer half of each ingredient in order listed.
3. Repeat layers.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours until heated through and cheese melts.
