Reuben Stuffing Casserole

INGREDIENTS

• 2 slices deli corned beef on #8
• 2 15 oz can sauerkraut drained - UNDRAINED
• 12 slices Swiss cheese
• 1/2 c Thousand Island dressing
• 2 tsp caraway seeds
• 2 boxes stuffing mix

PREPARATION

1. Spray medium slow cooker with cooking spray.
2. Layer half of each ingredient in order listed.
3. Repeat layers.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours until heated through and cheese melts.
