Roasted Brussels Sprouts
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup Balsamic Dressing with Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 lb mini carrots
- 1 large red onion, cut in thick slices
PREPARATION
- Heat oven to 425
- Mix dressing, sugar and thyme
- Combine veggies in 13" x 9" pan
- Add dressing; toss to coat
- Bake 40 minutes or until tender.
