Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges
INGREDIENTS
Wedges
- 4 sweet potatoes, cut into thick wedges
- 3 Tbsp EVOO
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- salt & pepper to taste
Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 c teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 c chili sauce
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 450
- Toss potatoes with oil, spices, salt & pepper in large bowl.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Flip, cook 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile combine teriyaki and chili sauce
- Serve
