Rosemary Garlic Pork Loin
INGREDIENTS
- Pork Loin
- 2 cloves garlic minced (not jar)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp rosemary, mortared
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 c olive oil
- sea salt
- black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
PREPARATION
- Mix together garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, rosemary and 1 Tbsp oil.
- Place the pork loin in a 13" x 9" pan.
- Spread seasoning over loin.
- Refrigerate 4-6 hours.
- With a sharp knife, cut into 10 or 12 slices.
- Brush both sides of each slice with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium-high in mondo skillet.
- Cook medallions 3-5 minutes per side.
