---++ Rosemary Garlic Pork Loin ---+++ INGREDIENTS * Pork Loin * 2 cloves garlic minced (not jar) * 1/2 tsp salt * 2 tsp rosemary, mortared * 1/4 tsp black pepper * 1 Tbsp olive oil * 1/4 c olive oil * sea salt * black pepper * 1 Tbsp olive oil ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Mix together garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, rosemary and 1 Tbsp oil. 1. Place the pork loin in a 13" x 9" pan. 1. Spread seasoning over loin. 1. Refrigerate 4-6 hours. 1. With a sharp knife, cut into 10 or 12 slices. 1. Brush both sides of each slice with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. 1. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium-high in mondo skillet. 1.
