---++ Rosemary Roasted Potatoes ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 1/4 c EVOO * 1 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp pepper * 1/2 tsp garlic powder * 2 Tbsp dried rosemary, mortared * 3 lbs red potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces * 1/2 c shredded parmesan (optional) ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Heat oven to 475 (says 425) 1. Line sheet pan with foil and spray with cooking spray 1. In large bowl, mix half of each of the first 5 ingredients. Add half the potatoes, toss well to coat. 1. Place on sheet pan. 1. Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients. 1. Bake 20 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork. Stir. 1. Bake 20-25 minutes or until browned. 1.
