Rotisserie Chicken in the Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 4 large baking potatoes
Method
- Individually wrap four potatoes in foil. Place in bottom of crock.
- Rinse chicken, remove giblets and pat dry with paper towels.
- Combine seasonings.
- Rub chicken with seasoning.
- Place on top of potatoes in crock and cook on high for 4 hours. DO NOT ADD ANY LIQUID.
