Salami Chips with Mustard Cream Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp grainy mustard
- 8 oz thinly sliced salami
PREPARATION
- Combine sauce ingredients, cover and chill for 2 hours.
- Heat oven to 400.
- Place salami slices on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake in center of oven for 15 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with dip.
