Salmon Cakes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (14 oz) salmon
- 1 pkg stuffing for chicken
- 1 c shredded mozzarella
- 3/4 c water
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1/3 c mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
PREPARATION
- Mix all ingredients.
- Shape into 12 patties.
- Refrigerate fifteen minutes
- Heat mondo skillet on medium.
- Add patties, cook about 6 min or until golden on both sides.
