---++ Salmon Cakes
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 can (14 oz) salmon
   * 1 pkg stuffing for chicken
   * 1 c shredded mozzarella
   * 3/4 c water
   * 2 scallions, sliced
   * 1/3 c mayonnaise
   * 1 Tbsp lemon juice
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Mix all ingredients.
   1. Shape into 12 patties.
   1. Refrigerate fifteen minutes
   1. Heat mondo skillet on medium.
   1. Add patties, cook about 6 min or until golden on both sides.
