---++ Scotch Eggs ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 2 lbs ground pork * 2 tsp chopped fresh sage leaves * 1 tsp fennel seed * ½ tsp grated nutmeg * $frac14; tsp dried marjoram * 2 tsp salt * 1 tsp black pepper * 12 eggs, hard cooked and peeled ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Heat the oven to 350 1. Line two baking sheets with parchment 1. In a large bowl, combine pork, sage, fennel, nutmeg, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 meatballs. Place on the lined baking sheets and flatten. 1. Place one hard-cooked egg in the middle of each flattened meatball and wrap the meat around, leaving no gaps or holes. 1.
