---++ Screwdriver Pasta
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 12 oz pasta
   * 1/4 c butter
   * 2 Tbsp flour
   * 2 c orange juice
   * 1/2 c heavy cream
   * 1/2 c vodka
   * 1/2 tsp salt
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Cook pasta
   1. In small saucepan, brown butter over medium until it smells nutty and is golden brown.
   1. Whisk in flour
   1. In another saucepan, cook orange juice, cream and vodka on medium for 4 minutes.  
   1. Slowly pour juice mixture into butter mixture, whisking.
   1. Add salt.
   1. Add sauce to pasta.
